  • Language — Dutch, English, or French
  • Format — HTML (with styling) or plain text
  • Unsubscribe — Stop all alerts at once

Improving Alert Quality

Getting too many or too few alerts? Here’s what you can do:

Too Many Alerts

  • Refine your company profile with more specific CPV codes
  • Limit the regions
  • Set a minimum contract value
  • Use filters to exclude irrelevant categories

Too Few Alerts

  • Add more CPV codes
  • Expand your regions
  • Lower or remove the minimum contract value
  • Create a second profile alert for another area of expertise

Best Practices

  1. Check your spam folder — Add [email protected] to your contacts
  2. Check alerts the same day — The faster you respond, the more prep time you have
  3. Combine with shortlist — Add interesting alerts directly to your shortlist
  4. Review monthly — Are your alerts still relevant? Adjust as needed
